Services to those listed are defined as follows:
• 2nd and/or additional fireplaces
from list A
• 2nd and/or additional from list B
• Utility flue cleaning/inspection with A or B
• Dryer vent cleaning with A or B
• Cap Installation with A or B
• Flue extension (Ceramic) with A or B
• Spark arrester install with A or B
• Animal removal (dead/alive) minimum
*note* - ash removal is not
part of any of the above services, and shall be the
responsibility of the homeowner. Or, it may be considered
an additional service and charged accordingly.
This is our official chimney related service list. Our
service charges are based on a sweep and/or inspection.
If the appliance is not Code compliant it will not be
swept but will be charged as an inspection and the same
fee as was originally agreed upon at time of booking
shall apply.
Any service ABLE SWEEPS has not been originally
hired for, whether on this list or…not ie: (chimney/firebox
repairs, liner installs, etc), shall be quoted before
work is to be performed and must be mutually agreed
upon before commencement. If the technician deems the
service as more involved than standard procedure he/she
must advise the customer of the increased fee for service
beforehand and act appropriately as agreed upon.
